Mr. Mayur Thaker

In the service sector, quality is the sole determinant of success. I made the decision to pursue my passion for providing top-notch service after working in the corporate sector for a while. An effective understanding of a project is necessary before beginning work for a client. We give each project our undivided attention and participate throughout the entire process. I am responsible for managing the workforce, grooming, and general on-field work. We specialize in directing unskilled individuals into successful mainstream business. Our industry is thriving and gaining momentum over time, which has motivated us to surpass our own standards in every situation.

Role: Handling the core HR responsibilities

Education: MBA in Human Resource Management

Bio: Karishma Tirmizi has been associated with Safal for almost a decade now and with her immense amount of talent and experience, she got promoted and has been serving as an HR Head since 2018. She possesses a rare, sympathetic attitude as well as excellent communication and people skills. Her forte lies in the areas of identifying, nurturing, mentoring, and training human resources.

Purvi Panchal Patel

Tender HOD

Growth in Safal:Joined as Tender executive in 2018 promoted as Tender HOD in 2019

Role: Filing all the government tenders and managing the whole government sector queries

Education: BE – Electronic Engineer

Bio: Purvi Panchal Patel joined SHMS in the year 2018 as an executive in the tender department, and she was promoted to Tender HOD in 2019. She is an expert in the domain of end-to-end tender processes and rewarded the company with many regional and central government sector tenders. Her forte is sourcing the right tender information and bidding the tenders effectively to analyses the tender results.

Bio: Shravan Muvatar joined the company in 2015 and he was promoted to Account HOD in 2021. He is a very self-motivated and committed person with great analytical and numeracy skills. He follows a methodical approach and works in an organized manner, with excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills. His proficiency in IT is remarkable as well.
